Returns and Exchanges

iloveplum has an established exchange policy, which allows you to exchange your item (including faulty and wrongly described items) for another item or store credit within 20 days from the date your order is shipped. After the 20 day period has elapsed, unfortunately we no longer offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging and ALL tags attached.

Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your iloveplum Confirmation email or Packing Slip!
